General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Subject and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern all sales of olive oil products and accessories made through the JEMM website to consumers. Purchasing products on the site implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTCS by the customer.

2. Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes on the day of the order (Spanish VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly indicated to the customer before the final validation of their order.

3. Orders and Secure Payment

Any order validated by the customer on the JEMM website implies an obligation to pay the full price indicated. Payment is made securely by credit card through the Stripe payment gateway. Credit card data is encrypted and secured by Stripe, and JEMM never has access to it.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery zones specified during the order process (Spain, France, and rest of Europe). Shipping times and rates are indicated during the validation of the shopping cart. JEMM undertakes to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 48 business hours after payment validation.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the European consumer rights directive and Spanish legislation (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

The cost of returning the products is the sole responsibility of the customer. To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to: canquimdelpla@gmail.com.

Returned products must be intact, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for reasons of hygiene and food safety. Upon receipt and verification of the goods, JEMM will refund the amount of the products within a maximum of 14 days.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Catalonia (Spain), without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions in favor of consumers in their country of residence.
